Mykhailo Kolisnyk, Ph.D. (economics), associated professor, graduated from National University Lviv Polytechnic in Engineering and Economics Department. He earned his Ph.D. in 1993. Now, he has classes in Finance at Kyiv School of Economics (KSE). He also is CFO Club Ukraine President.Mykhailo also underwent internships at the Wayne State University [1995, Detroit, USA] and the Copenhagen Business School [1998], consulting company “Dansk Management Forum” [Copenhagen, Denmark], IMTA, IEDC, Maastricht University (Maastricht, Holland). Dr. Kolisnyk is an instructor in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Financial Management. Throughout 1998-2001 he was an instructor and trainer of Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Project Analysis, and Corporate Management courses at the American-Ukrainian-Polish Consortium for the Enhancement of Ukrainian Management Education. He was the first to host a distance-learning e-based course on Financial Management in Ukraine. As well he is a renowned specialist in the field of finance and the author of more than 100 articles on finance and strategic management.Currently, Mykhailo Kolisnyk, Ph.D. (economics), professor in business at Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) in KSE graduate business school, FINART Smart Solutions managing partner. He had classes in finance at Lviv Business School of Ukrainian Catholic University and Business School of Privatization and Management Institute (Minsk) and was a partner at Inspira strategy institute. From 2002 to 2005 Dr. Kolisnyk was a Board Member of the PEKAO Bank [Ukraine]. He was also International Finance Corporation (IFC) consultant. Dr. Kolisnyk additionally holds corporate and open executive development programs in Finance and heads corporate consulting projects, in particular those dealing with enterprises’ financial restructuring. In his free time, Mykhajlo enjoys swimming, traveling, and working with the PC, namely programming and web design.
