I specialize in humanistic psychology to guide individuals to develop and live an authentic lifestyle filled with meaning, purpose, joy, and happiness. I use the theory of self-actualization to motivate individuals to achieve their goals and dreams and reach their full potential. Self-actualization is the highest level on the hierarchy of needs, also referred to as the pyramid of human motivation, developed by Abraham Maslow, one of the founding fathers of humanistic psychology. As individuals move higher up the pyramid, they will be more motivated to self-actualize and reach their full potential. I also have created two models to guide my work and help individuals reach their full potential. First, the "Life Purpose Pyramid" model helps individuals discover their passion and life purpose and experience meaning and purpose. Second, the "Life Success Formula" model helps individuals create a solid foundation to overcome challenges and achieve their goals and dreams. To learn more about the models, please check the featured links above or visit my website @ www.mykimtran.com I am also an emerging behavioral scientist. My research goal is to discover the best path for individuals to discover and use their passion to do great work, contribute to society, and improve their psychological well-being.
