Myko (mai-koh) Lyric is a journalist, recording artist, lyricist, dancer, and event producer from Los Angeles. Her passions have been honed and sharpened by the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Lula Washington Dance Theatre, Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Northwestern University, NYU Tisch School of the Arts (BFA), The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, SNAP Productions, Exponent Media, and The Los Angeles Sentinel. Within all of her endeavors is an emphasis on health, an adolescent passion which was professionally developed by way of her health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2022 and has allowed her to lead health workshops nationally, including collaborations with Howard University's College of Medicine in D.C.
