Responsible for helping customers find a solution in archiving and preserving their own photographs, documents, etc., or helping them be able to do so for others. This includes software and hardware solutions.

I am responsible for coordinating workflow among the various employees at our document management company. Training employees on tasks, answering questions, and ensuring work gets done in a timely manner are my major tasks.

I worked as a part time administrative assistant at a showroom dealing with the residential sales end of the business. I specialized mostly in plumbing sales and following up with our vendors on lead times and product availability.
