Registers federal trademarks for business names, slogans, logos, and other brand elements; Works with business owners and entrepreneurs throughout the U.S. to form their businesses, whether it's an LLC, corporation, or non-profit organization; Drafts and reviews contracts for businesses and social media influencers; Registers federal copyrights for creative projects, such as books, songs, movies, and more; Teaches business owners and attorneys how to file trademarks and the importance of owning trademarks; Identifies and consults with entrepreneurs about their business needs and intellectual property protection

Represented more than 300 indigent New Yorkers; interviewed and arraigned clients for misdemeanor and felony cases; negotiated with assistant district attorneys for favorable, mostly non-criminal, dispositions; conducted criminal and administrative hearings before the Criminal Court, DMV, and the NYC Department of Education; investigated cases for additional witnesses, camera footage, audio recordings, and possible defenses; worked closely with other Legal Aid attorneys and attorneys in other organizations; appropriately assigned investigators, social workers, and other attorneys to cases; trained and supervised legal interns and law graduates; identified mental health and drug addiction issues; resolved collateral issues, such as with housing, professional licensure, employment, and immigration; completed extensive CLEs and other legal training to keep abreast on the changes and developments in my practice.
