Current- Identifying and verifying the customer’s identity using reliable, independent source documents, data or information for the onboarding process;
- Ensure all customer due diligence (CDD) documents are reviewed and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements for corporate clients from the EEA, United Kingdom and USA;
- Verify board of directors and ownership structure of companies. Undertake research and financial crime risk assessment, via internal and external sources. Detect and report suspicious activity;
- Understanding the purpose of the account and the intended nature of the business relationship;
- Analyze alerts generated by the monitoring system, identifying potentially suspicious activities and investigating them thoroughly;
- Responding to customer queries in a timely accurate way, via email or chat;
