Current support two CICS Team Leaders and the CICS team to ensure constant smooth functioning of the department, incorporating administrative, managerial, project, data management and secretarial skills, as well as the preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required, monitoring annual leave and sickness and completion of the monthly pay cards. II am expected to undertake the management of projects, gathering information and/or undertake enquiries as necessary.
