Astrum Multi Academy Trust operates primary and secondary SEN specialist schools catering to children and young people with complex learning difficulties.

Over the last 20 years, Mylène built Fleet Education Services Ltd from a micro business to the largest specialist supplementary education company in the UK providing tutoring services to schools, local authorities and families. In 2018, Mylène sold Fleet Education Services to Supporting Education Group, Britain's largest education service provider, and continued to serve as Fleet's Managing Director for the following 5 years During that time, she led Fleet through significant growth, digital transformation and expansion. This included the development and operation of two separate brands (B2B and B2C) in order to accelerate the company's growth and secure it's position as a leading specialist provider for the public sector. She also served on the Senior Leadership team of Fleet’s parent company Supporting Education Group. The Tutors Association (TTA) is a new professional association which exists for the purpose of advocating and sharing best practice in the British tutoring industry, to provide quality assurance to parents and young people, and to develop and monitor standards. The TTA will also provide continuous professional development for tutors.
