Reach out to patients to follow up after procedures have been performed. Clean instruments that have been used for procedures via autoclave. Train new clinical interns in rooming patients, setting up procedures, sending electronic prescriptions, ordering additional radiography, and more.

Provided coaching to providers to ensure appropriate utilization of ProScribe's virtual scribing application as well as their scribes; Facilitated provider and scribe workflow/rapport by providing guidance and recommendations during clinical training.

Accompanied healthcare providers into patient examination rooms in order to transcribe the patient’s history, physical exam findings, consultations, labs, X-rays, and other evaluations, as stated by the provider, directly into the medical records. Assisted the healthcare providers by preparing plans for follow-up care, processing admitted and discharge paperwork, and providing advanced support to providers, including documenting phone calls, alerting the physician when labs/radiology reports are complete, grabbing faxes, etc.
