Myles Artym has 30 years of experience related to oil & gas industries in the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream sectors of the business. As Vice President, Oil and Gas at Blu5 Engineering Ltd., Myles provides clients technical and engineering support to pipeline and facility operators across the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin in Alberta. Myles graduated with a B.Sc., Petroleum Engineering from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology and belongs to both APEGA and EGBC as a P. Eng. He has served as a senior level Pipeline and Integrity Engineer and Manager for both engineering firms and pipeline operators. His career experience includes pipeline and facilities integrity management, operations management, corporate management, oil & gas integrity management services, technical operations support, business development, customer account management and preparation of cost estimates, proposals, and support for Capital Development projects. Myles has a diverse background in gas supply/demand pipeline balancing, operating, and testing oil wells and batteries, working on compressors, gathering systems and gas plant facilities. Past experience has also proven that Myles possesses skills in customer service, project coordination/management, teamwork, and knowledge of current industry practices and regulations
