As part of the Product Management Team, as a Senior Program Manager, I’m responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that spans all product platforms in the Quality Management application space. Overall responsibility includes managing resources, schedules, and adhere to release milestones, scope, and Agile guidelines throughout the iterative development cycle. Daily responsibilities also include management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. As part of a cross organizational project team, I contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery, management of scope and implementing Agile methodologies within the Scrum team and the extended and offshore project teams.As the Senior Project Manager, I exercise oversight to manage projects on a day-to-day basis, keeping tactical and long-term deliverables in check. This includes identifying external risks and dependencies, triaging Field and Internal support cases which requires resources to pivot during the development sprint cycle and identify any project related issues or strategic changes and prepare, communicate and execute on a plan to address them.As part of the PMO, I manage all product modules spanning multiple product lines (TrackWise and TrackWise Digital) and provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. Manage all aspects of ongoing and future projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives with all stakeholders. Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities on a periodic basis and participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization within and outside of the project scope.
