I am a proud certified Director of Operations through the Ops Authority. I have an expansive 8 years of Operations experience in supporting visionary leaders and teams to create, implement, and expand programs, standard operating procedures, policies, and new frameworks. I'm a generalist operator with experience in strategic planning, team management, KPI development, systems/process mapping, HR and finance management. I care a lot about promoting mindfulness in processes to holistically care for the multi-faceted human.
