Successfully served as Studio Manager and Digital Assets Manager for Paul Nicklen, award winning National Geographic Photographer, and Cristina Mittermeier, SONY Artisan of Imagery. Main responsibilities involved the editing and asset management of Paul’s 15+ years of digital image files, colour film slides, and other photographic sources. Additionally, responsibilities included general office tasks (email, answering phones, responding to fan correspondence, personal assistant duties, maintaining Paul’s website), organizing interviews for print and web, obtaining travel documents, plane tickets, and creating itineraries and facilitating photographic gear logistics for international National Geographic assignments.• Edited and organized over 1 million images from Paul’s extensive archive of photographs compiled from numerous sources (colour slides, digital files on various external hard drives, flash drives, CD’s and DVD’s) onto a single permanent RAID archive and matching offsite backup.• Coordinated with clients and submitted image selections from Paul’s body of work for inclusion in photo essays and articles for print and web, and negotiated usage rights as well as appropriate compensation for Paul’s photographs with various media outlets.• Maintained Paul’s social media presence via Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, and grew his follower base for the latter to over 400,000 subscribers.• Utilized Adobe Suite for editing and metadata creation (mainly Lightroom and Photoshop) for stock image submissions and direct to client sales for both Paul and Cristina's work.• Solely managed the office (Key Holder) for extended periods while Paul was on assignment for National Geographic or on international lecture tours through the National Geographic Speaker’s Bureau, which take him out of the country 9 to 10 months of the year.

Provided copywriting and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services for real estate clients throughout the U.S. and Canada, providing high quality textual content in the development of custom websites, real estate articles and blogs, and social media campaigns all designed to create page one search engine rankings and increased customer leads and conversions.• Followed strict departmental procedures with regard to client communication, data management, copy creation time-frames, and SEO techniques.• Produced high quality copy as a ghostwriter for REALTOR® blogs and professional REALTOR® forums on behalf of clients.

Researched imagery and artwork in a pre-press and design setting for inclusion in Elementary, Secondary, and University level textbooks for U.S. and Canadian based clients. Clients included Duval, Glencoe McGraw-Hill, Harcourt School Publishers, Houghton Mifflin, and Prentice Hall among others. Negotiated pricing agreements with photographers and stock houses on our clients behalf, and managed our online client image selection environment developing a network of creative services. Helped to create the ʻPronk Photo Research Manualʼ, outlining department procedures, and setting guidelines for how photo research is conducted from industry terminology and project inception, to final permissions and publication.• Followed strict deadlines in accordance with client needs and department goals in a very fast paced environment.• Negotiated and licensed image rights with photographers and stock suppliers for both Rights Managed and Royalty-Free copyrighted material.• Applied knowledge in both Education and Visual Arts during the design and production process.• Adhered to varying curriculum and grade levels with regard to textbook content and design.
