Chosen for Ulton's competitive Paid Work Experience, I completed a two-week, full-time rotation at their Bundaberg and Fraser Coast offices. During this time, I gained hands-on experience in Audit, Bookkeeping, Business Advisory, Stockbroking, Superannuation, Tax Advisory, and Wealth Management. My performance was assessed in communication, teamwork, self-management, accuracy, problem-solving, planning, organising, and technology skills by mentors throughout the placement.

As an IT Support Officer with experience working in local government, I have developed a broad range of skills that are highly valuable in this industry. I am skilled in providing both general IT support and excellent customer service to clients. Throughout my time in this field, I have learned how to communicate effectively, work well in a team, take initiative, and provide outstanding service to customers. Additionally, I have gained extensive knowledge in both hardware and software, making me an asset to any team.
