Even before studying in RRC Polytech’s Business Information Technology program, I have always had an interest in computers and technology. From high school to college, I’ve found that IT is a lot like Physics. It affects the way you see things in your everyday life, as well as provides a system to understand the way things work. For example, Physics can help you understand the structure of a road barrier while programming can help you understand the layout and functional structure of a web page.I’ve completed several projects through my time in the BIT program, such as a world-building website, an Android Pokédex app, and a student management system. As a student of RRC Polytech, I also completed a 4-month internship. My performance during that term went so well, I was chosen for another 4-month paid internship over the summer!I’m looking forward to helping build the software that will improve the lives of companies and their clients.
