1. Recruitment (70%) - Manage the whole recruitment processes & support the recruitment team in posting jobs, CV screening, recruitment test, interviewing, selection, job offers, etc. to timely hire the right talents as business’s or project’s requirements- Be creative in generating candidate pool and finding candidate sources for recruitment: attending job fairs.- Weekly update recruitment status to the management and line managers.- Build up and maintain good cooperation and relations with different dept; answer queries from employees; provide advice, support, updates, and briefings on HR matters. 2. Training & development (25%):- Arrange and train for new associates (Orientation Program)- Conduct and be the main facilitator of Onboarding program, including but not limit to arrange Onboarding Schedule; arrange internal trainers, classroom and be the host facilitator of the training as well.- Arrange and train for associates yearly refresh training3. - To make a plan, arrange and practice the media plan how to attractive candidates- To manage 3 main media channels: Facebook, Zalo, Hotline,...- To advice and answer questions about 25 people/day on Facebook, Zalo & Hotline- To write 1 or 2 contents and design pictures a day how to attract as many likes & comments.- To design the banner, flyer how to attract the candidates- To post up the job on social network (like Facebook Fanpage, Zalo...) find the candidates & invite for the interview- To attract 5-10 candidates to join the interview/day- To attend to interview and evaluate about 5-7 candidates/day - To assist HR Dept in delivering recruitment process as training courses 1 time a week for the newcomers
