Completed the set up of Stratco's first BIG SHED at Gepps Cross (2001). This involved the selection of over 25,000 product lines, designing the store layout and project managing the store fit out. This was followed by the set up of the Stratco BIG SHED at St Agnes (2004) and the set up of the Stratco store at Murray Bridge(2005).Also during this period managed the range of products held by all Stratco stores and the selection of all products for National catalogues and promotions.• Hardware Store of the Year (over 2500m2), 2003.• Hardware Store of the Year (over 2500m2), 2005.• Hardware Store of the Year (all stores), 2005.

Completed purchase of Thrifty Link Gawler and True Value Gawler and converted these stores into Stratco stores (1998). This was followed by purchase and conversion of Mitre 10 Happy Valley (2000). Responsible for the sales and profit plan of the entire South Australian Northern Region.

Completed purchase of True Value Goolwa and Weger's Steel Supplpies at Victor Harbor and converted these stores into Stratco stores (1994). This was followed by purchase and conversion of Mitre 10 Strathalbyn (1996).During this period responsible for all sales and profit plans for the entire South Australian Southern Region.Stratco Salesman of the Year, 1995.
