This includes works related to civil, landscaping areas, waste management, security etc.• Companywide operations and maintenance activities, managing entire electrical section day to day jobs across all DCP's as per applicable standard.• Dealing with contractors and vital service providers, finding suitable alternatives to cut down maintenance cost, prefer in-house repairs as much as possible.• To ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schemes for all Emicool plant equipment currently under operation and any new Plants put into operation are carried out according to manufacturer’s recommendations and international standards. • Review daily plant performance reports and ensure corrective and preventive actions are followed. • Provide all relevant support to operations & facilities managers.• Ensure that the District Cooling Plant utilities are operated within the stipulated norms and standards as laid down in the hand over documents for respective utilities. • Recommend mechanical repairs as required from the plant and do preventive maintenance for equipment replacement to optimize the utilization of all equipment. • Study the schedules for Preventive Maintenance and ensure that the equipment are released for the same without any hindrances.• Ensure that all the operations of the designated DCPs are carried out by marinating the highest safety standards. • Develop & Training operations staff to carry out maintenance activities.
