Peoplesoft HRMS/Payroll/Benefits Administration/Self-ServiceMDACC uses Peoplesoft HRMS software package to conduct HRMS, Payroll and Benefits operations for over 13,000 active employees. Peoplesoft applications also interfaces to over 20 other applications to exchange data, some of the most critical are Kronos Time Keeping System, Lotus Notes, and OneStaff.- Functioned as a Project Manager for PeopleSoft HRMS application upgrade from 8.0 to 8.8, PeopleTools upgrade from 8.14 to 8.44, and Oracle upgrade from 8i to 9i.- Implemented Employee and Manager Self-Service applications with over 100 modifications. Devised custom delegation feature in manager self-service where managers can delegate specific duties to other employees to act on their behalf. Using Application Engine and Component Interface, automated 90% security tasks including create or delete user account and grant appropriate security roles when employees are hired, transferred, or terminated based on employees’ functions.- Responsible for developing and supporting critical payroll configurations and processes. Designed and implemented integration between Kronos, third-party Time and Labor software, to Peoplesoft paysheet for pay calculation.- Provided technical assistance to other developers. Conducted technical / code reviews on modifications before production migration.- Served as subject matter expert for Benefits Billing implementation. Developed business processes to reconcile benefits premiums and payroll deductions. - Functioned as superuser for Benefits Administration, Payroll, and HR modules.
