• Controlling and Supervising of all operation and maintenance tasks to ensure uninterrupted operations• Leading groups of technicians and being liable for them• To prepare daily maintenance reports and work orders ensuring that all activities are documented with work orders in close cooperation with BHIS Engineer• Enabling maintenance teams to perform tasks by providing technical expertise and all administrative support needed, e.g. spare parts, tools, etc.• Daily manpower allocation according to work orders, generating the maintenance reports and troubleshooting of any mechanical/electrical anomaly providing technical expertise to ensure/increase quality of services.• Ensuring proper handover/takeover of shifts with all information/ ongoing works passed on to the next shift Supervisor.• Ensuring that requirements of QHSE are adhere to all staff and taking appropriate precautions at all times during working hours and responsible for maintaining a clean work area during and after the maintenance.• Preparing PMS (Periodical Maintenance Schedule) for all conveyors & equipment including electrical panels and reporting of all scheduled maintenance using Maximo.• Performing Emergency breakdown maintenance and Corrective maintenance following SOP.• Conducting daily, weekly checks and performing periodical preventive maintenances.• Analysis of all fault root causes and system breakdowns.
