• Annual & quarterly budgeting, monthly forecast and monthly management reporting & analysis• Supervise the preparation and reporting of financial statement in accordance with Singapore FRS• Supervise preparation and timely submission of others regulatory reporting• Control fixed assets and CAPEX budget• Liaise with auditor for statutory audit• Liaise with software vendor for SAP related matters• Develop details accounting manual based on group accounting policy• Monitor & report compliance with internal control system and J-SOX requirements• Supervise shared accounting services for related companies in Singapore• Liaise with tax consultant for Transfer Pricing documentation• Responsible for development, monitoring and reporting of financial performance indicators section in comprehensive Key Performance Indicators report• Perform major investment analysis using DCF technique

• Responsible for budgeting, budgetary control, cost & management reporting and financial analysis• Modify costing system to incorporate quality cost measurement & reporting• Supervise Accounts Executive for preparation of financial statements, month endcut off procedures and bank reconciliation• Supervise month-end, year-end closing• Liaise with software consultant for all SAP related matters, conduct SAP training for new finance,logistics and production staff• Liaise with Singapore Customs for unit cost statement for Certificate of Origin application• Support and liaise with auditor for statutory audit

• Set up and maintain costing system • Coordinating with respective departments’ managers for preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly budgeted profit and loss statement, budgeted balance sheet and cash flow projection• Preparation of monthly costing profitability report, variance report and other analysis reports• Calculate and monitor unit cost for individual products• Prepare and monitor cost-volume-profit analysis (break-even analysis) of whole company• Manage CAPEX budget & maintain fixed assets register• Liaise with software consultant for all SAP related matters

• Identify & report weakness and make recommendation for improvement in internal control system • Contribute to the development and design of Hospital Information System• Responsible for development, training and supervision of finance staffs• Maintain and update Hospital Charge Description Master (Price List)• Prepare and recommend new price for medical procedures, treatments, medical packages and special programs• Prepare monthly management accounts and profitability analysis report for special programs• Co-ordinate business planning and budgeting• Conduct basic accountancy training for non financial managers, CAT training for finance staff • Lead the acquisition, implementation and changeover to new accounting software

• Contribute to the recruitment and selection of staff within finance department• Assist accounting staff within finance department on accounting issues as required, including resolving complex accounting problems positively and professionally with minimal supervision• Supervise preparation financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in compliance with applicable law• Contribute in drafting business proposal for development of new business• Provide basic accountancy training to non financial managers • Work closely with the operation managers and accounting staff for preparation of budgets & monthly management reports
