Since I started working at the BRSA in 2005 and until I was appointed as the Head of the Regulations Department at the end of 2019, I took part in many IT audit activities in banks and contributed to the drafting of all information systems-related regulations of the BRSA, including electronic banking regulations and payment services regulations within the scope of Law No. 6493. During my assignment as the Head of the Regulations Department at the BRSA, which happened after gaining extensive experience in audit and regulatory practices related to information systems, the operating principles of digital (branchless) banks and Banking as a Service (BaaS) regulations were implemented.I was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the BRSA at the beginning of 2022 and I resigned from this position and my job at the BRSA voluntarily in January 2023, after 17 years of service. I continue to transfer my knowledge and experience to the finance and fintech sector under the umbrella of “Adil Group” in order to contribute to our country with new projects which we look forward to implementing.I have a B.Sc degree in Computer Engineering, a B.A degree in Law and also an LL.M degree in Computer and Communications Law.
