Carried the graphic design responsibilities from the Brand & Design Coordinator role at Dyn and managed a team of three to five graphic design freelancers (and occasionally an intern) with various areas of expertise, providing them with creative direction to create graphics that were reflective of the Dyn brand and visually enticing. Strategized about project requests to ensure that the graphics, final messaging and delivery method was the best solution for the target audience and desired response. Coordinated with larger teams to define campaigns and content writers to refine messaging. Worked with a cross-departmental team to help further shape and define the Dyn brand identity, create the style guide and facilitated putting the new definitions to use. Frequently solicited by peers for messaging or visual guidance on their projects. Worked remote for Dyn for entirety of employment, visiting the office once a month.

Responsible for creating the graphics and final deliverable files for: all events, large-scale office installations, marketing collateral, infographics, content document layouts, brand identity, business stationery, style guides, advertisements, merchandise graphics, 300+ page yearbooks, any interoffice sales or marketing materials and supporting graphics for websites, newsletters and promotional campaigns. Successfully juggled project requests (averaged a minimum of 10 projects on at a time) from a myriad of co-workers, projects with extremely tight timelines that required coordination with printing and shipping as well. Sourced vendors for a variety of printing, merchandise, large-scale installations and larger than life-size signage projects.During the last two years in this role, I received graphic design assistance from freelancers and managed their time on projects and provided creative direction as well.
