I am a Project/Platform manager with over 24 years of experience managing varied projects in the fields of Hospitality, Retail and Blue Chip companies. The Programmes/Projects/Products I have delivered have been Technology/Digital and Business focused. I took a 3 year break from Technology to deliver Mindfulness and Meditation courses founding my own company "My Present Mind" www.mypresentmind.co.uk I delivered training and taught others about the importance of Mental Health, Mindfulness and Meditation. Providing Training for Individuals, Groups and Organisations on what a strong impact Mindfulness and Meditation can have and how to realise the benefits.I recently returned to Technology focused delivery, joining Costa coffee as a Senior PM evolving Telemetry and software for Coffee machines, (existing and new propositions). This year I had a key part in creating 3 software engineering teams in Sofia, being part of the whole process from CV selection, interviews, managing and embedding the teams to be part of Costas “Away from home” Team. For the Mindfulness aspect of my role, I work with Corporate companies (on an ad hoc basis) designing and delivering bespoke packages for their employees to help support and maintain a healthy work life balance. I can target training and sessions to individual challenges that companies face around supporting employees mental health and wellbeing. Having come from a high pressured environment working with all areas of businesses, I truly understand first hand the pressures employees face and feel.I also offer individual 1:1 and Group sessions, teaching "Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) which is suitable for anyone wanting to explore the impact that stress and anxiety has on mental wellbeing. Some of the proven benefits of Mindfulness are: reduction of stress and anxiety, improved sleep, improved concentration, self-insight and compassion, build better relationships, less emotional reactivity and increased emotional intelligence.
