I was responsible for making cold calls in my last position. I gained a lot of excellent experience with calling potential customers. We used script to provide information about healthcare insurance plan and present their benefits. In my 2 years of working in a BPO industry i handled different account such as B2B account (website company) as a Sales consultant before our aim is to offer our potential clients with affordable web packages and offer exceptional customer service. and lastly i worked as Scheduling Representative in a close door Pharmacy where we appoint patients or qualify the patients to the services that we offer. These scheduling calls are essential to the overall success of the Pharmacy Representative team as they will be the initial consultation with the prospective patient.
