Responsible for the transfer of electronic data between Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis and Lionbridge Midwest also in Indianapolis. This requires working within Teamcenter. Also, I use the internal job tracking system to track the status of jobs being worked or needing to be worked. I assist the engineers with their job requests. I compile physical information to help with the completion of the job requests. Some drafting work using AutoCAD and Unigraphics is required as well. I also work in SAP doing data entry.

Indianapolis, In

Team Lead for the GE Transportation project, which included drafting using AutoCAD, checking the work of Team Members and transfering electronic data between the CDI office and GE Transportation in Pennsylvania. I also did drafting work using Unigraphics for GE Aviation and some standard part modeling also using Unigraphics. I headed up the quality standards at the CDI office in Indianapolis. I started to become familiar with Pro-E but did very little work with that CAD tool.

I was responsible for setting up and maintaining the merchandise displays in the multimedia area of the store as well as also managing the store for periods of time and other various managerial duties such as handling money. Floor manager duties included helping customers and backing up booksellers when they needed help. I trained several co-workers on many processes throughout my time at Borders.
