CurrentOversee all aspects of this 199 unit affordable senior living complex; finances, staffing, resident services, programming, maintenance, occupancy, resident relations, and community relations. * Earned industry recognition as a Community of Quality, receiving the 2014 Exemplary Elderly Community Award from the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA). * Consistently maintain excellent property conditions within the confines of operating budget; receiving superior scores on most recent 3rd party government REAC inspection. * Anticipate and manage construction project impact on operations, residents, services, and staff during 6 phases of total rehab project over 2 year period; minimize impact on resident life, maintaining supportive, engaging , inclusive, welcoming and active living environment for diverse 200+ resident population.
