I began my career as a registered nurse working in leadership positions, education and quality management. Continued my career by leading companies in a operational capacity. I became responsible for building revenue, financials, A/R, clinical and quality improvement. My career now has lead me to own the company that I worked in for the last 18 years and am delighted to see the company go to the next step. I am leading by using the principles of Stephen Covey.
