Responsible for all financial functions for 6 retail locations, wholesale operations and publishing division; including but not limited to internal controls, process development, general ledger; financial reporting, planning and analysis; monthly/quarterly/annual close; work with external auditors on annual or as needed basis; cash and other asset management, reconciliation, and investments; oversee corporate budgeting/planning; establish controls and financial/asset goals; retail point of sale system development, maintenance, support, and training; AP/AR management; systems software decision making and implementation.Corporate Human Resource Manager with functions including but not limited to employee benefits, payroll, hiring/firing of all employees, governmental or contractual obligations, policing of employment policies, and handle any employment legal issues; Executive staff member involved in planning, decision making, and change implementation.Directly supervise staff of five.
