 Facilitate all compliance related matters for Focus Staff and the placement of its Healthcare Professionals, both Nursing and Allied Evaluation of Client’s specific compliance requirements per contract/staffing agreement  Audit and evaluation of documents received by Healthcare Professionals  Setting up all required compliance items including, but not limited to: background checks, FBI Fingerprinting, lab work, occupational health screenings, drug screens, local and state licensing requirements, State regulated requirements and all onboarding documentation.  Monitoring the expiration of Healthcare Professionals (HCP’s) on assignment and facilitating renewals and possession of renewal  Communicate with Focus Staff Clients, Account Managers and Recruiters on status of credentials  Submittal of all credentials via client specific MSP’s and VMS systems Ensure that all members of the compliance team are aware of procedures to be conducted Supervising and cross training internal team as well as a team of 6 Virtual Assistants  Creating individual training videos and step by step guides for internal new hires  Research State regulations and laws as it pertains to specific client requirements
