In managing financial tasks, the monthly bank and credit card reconciliation in QuickBooks is crucial for maintaining accurate records. Weekly, there is the preparation of credit card charges per manager and summarizing credit card transactions to keep track of expenses. The preparation of the sales tax report is another key responsibility, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Monitoring the auto loans report helps manage and track auto-related finances. Additionally, inputting billings and expenses into QuickBooks is essential for maintaining comprehensive financial records. From time to time, there may be other special projects assigned, requiring flexibility and attention to detail in managing various financial duties.
