In my role, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. I am responsible for scheduling and rostering, as well as liaising with support coordinators, clients, and employees to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

I was a key contributor to the team in the process of implementing a new business model in our company. As we transitioned from the traditional end-to-end infrastructure build to a shared infrastructure approach, I played a crucial role in establishing and managing partnerships with Tower Companies. I was responsible for negotiating agreements through Master Lease Agreements and served as the Single Point of Contact for both internal and external stakeholders associated with the tower companies assigned to me. My role involved ensuring that engagement and project implementation were consistently aligned with the terms of the agreement.If there were any variations to the businedd agreements between the Tower Companies and our company , I was the one negotiating and finalising new ones as necessary. Additionally, I was exploring other opportunities that would be mutually beneficial for both companies.My first 2 years, I was part of the Strategic Project & Business Development team, working with top property developers. My responsibilities included ensuring that all upcoming residential and commercial developments were equipped with telco facilities by provisioning space, power requirements, and cabling infrastructure.

As a Sales Specialist for Cyber Security Solutions, I engaged with customers, I generated lead, maintained customer satisfaction, and achieved sales and revenue targets. I worked directly with the Country Manager, Pre-Sales Manager & Implementation Manager to ensure growth and maintain a healthy pipeline. Given that cyber security was a relatively new technology at the time in the Philippines, we faced the interesting challenge of introducing it to the market and helping customers understand its importance, especially in today's digital age.

As the youngest Account Manager in the company, I was trusted to handle our biggest client, Globe Telecom. My primary responsibility was to maintain and strengthen the relationship, ensuring the continuity of our existing business by providing telecom equipment. Additionally, I was tasked with expanding our network fostering relationship to generate new business that would benefit their operations, such as OSS, Femtocell, and Artificial Intelligence technology.

I worked directly with the Marketing Head to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within our division and collaborated with other departments.
