Project Planning:- Develop a detailed project plan outlining the scope, schedule, and budget for pipeline flushing and isolation activities. Coordinates the excavation team as well as the flushing team.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all flushing and isolation activities comply with relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards.Coordinate with regulatory authorities (Darat Operations) to obtain necessary permits and approvals.Material Procurement:Identify and procure the required materials, tools, and equipment for flushing and isolation activities such as dewatering pumps, shovels as well and PPEs. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:Develop and implement safety procedures for flushing and isolation activities together with the HSE team. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure environmental compliance.Coordination and Communication:Facilitate communication and coordination among various project stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Provide regular updates to project management (Darat Operations & BSP) on the progress of flushing and isolation activities.Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of flushing and isolation activities, including procedures, reports, and as well as maps of the pipelines. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Field Service Technician Trainee:• Prepare equipment as per General Mobilization List (GML)• Ensure maintenance is done according to the checklist and company’s procedure.• Documentation of a detailed report of the maintenance done to the equipment prepared.• Conduct tests & inspections to validate performance & quality of equipment.• Ensure accessories of the equipment is maintained and inspected & in proper condition.• Liaise with Supply Chain Specialist for exports to other bases.• Liaise with Logistics Coordinator regarding loadout date.• Documentation of a detailed report of the maintenance done to the equipment prepared.• Liaise with the store man for parts required to perform maintenance.• Communicate with Project Coordinators for preparation of the equipment as per clients’ requirements.• Provide documentation required by third-party inspectors before loading out the equipment.• Report to Workshop Supervisor for any enquiries regarding equipment• Assisted painter at painting booth to paint the equipment before assembly

• Conduct Supply Chain activities: Procurement, Logistics (Import/Export) and Asset & Inventory Management while guiding Operations as needed;• Manages costs, budgeting & the buying decisions of the company. Submits budgeting forecast against monthly spends every month end;• Conduct physical A&I count monthly;• Manage import/export shipments, arrangement & preparation of documentation• Reviews asset utilization – ensuring assets are utilized throughout the year;• Verify all shipping, logistics & intercompany invoices prior to payment;• Maintains & builds strong relationships with clients & vendors. Negotiate prices as needed;• Experience in handling air freight & sea freight arrangements – works closely with regional & international freight forwarders & brokers on a daily basis;• Assists logistics with any concerns related to delivery tickets & infield transfer for rigs;
