I am passionate about helping executives and leaders explore personal transformation, become more self-aware around one’s impact on others, and commit to living one’s values in actions and words. I bring over 22 years of professional, results-driven experience leading innovative solutions to build leadership capabilities and cultivate a culture of ethics and integrity. Currently, I lead collaborative and multidisciplinary global teams to deliver an impactful and strategic ethics program including implementing the Integrity Imperative learning initiative across the Deloitte network. I have designed and led several award-winning leader development programs with an emphasis on Integrity, Servant Leadership, Inclusion, Ethical Decision-Making, Coaching Style of Management, and Empowerment with Accountability.In addition to my global and client experiences, I have spent my professional career researching, publishing, and applying my model of identity, moral, and cognitive development including my individual transformational methodology used within the United States military intelligence agencies. I hold a B.S. in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University, a M.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, and a certification in Executive Leadership Coaching from Transformational Leadership Coaching.I am an executive-level facilitator and an expert in learning and leader development with change management solutions. I successfully engage stakeholders to design and implement learning techniques and strategies to meet the needs of a multi-generational and diverse workforce. I have managed multi-million dollar budgets and led large teams who develop client solutions focused on a transformed workforce prepared to meet strategic objectives and mission.
