I am a second-generation Salvadoran-American born and raised in Wenatchee with strong ties to my family's Salvadoran culture. I visit El Salvador as often as possible to connect with family and remember the life my parents left behind; it is a humbling reminder of where we started and why I started my career.I am a first-generation college student, having graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Eastern Washington University. I graduated with my Master of Public Administration degree at the University of Washington Evans School of Public Policy & Governance.
