Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (October 2010 to Present): Supported the Business Development and Marketing departments. Assisted with projects that included proposals, updating data in Salesforce, in-putting data into SharePoint, scheduling meetings, and creating expense reports. Coordinated all logistics for trade shows which included registration of company and attendees, making hotel arrangements, ordering booth equipment, making shipping arrangements for booth and supplies, and ordering give-a-ways.
