I am a values-driven, mission-focused collaborator who has worked at fast-paced start-ups and higher education institutions. Project management and logistics excite me!I have a significant amount of experience working with domestic and international students and staff who represent historically underrepresented communities (race, LGBTQIA+, neuro-diverse, ability, gender, nationality, etc.). My experience working internationally has allowed me to develop skills across multiple disciplines while navigating cultural and professional expectations. In previous positions, I used my experience and my M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration as I worked directly with residence life, admissions, retention, curriculum development, and people management teams.My training in mass communication (B.A. in Journalism) and creative writing (M.F.A. in Theatre) has prepared me to be a passionate storyteller who can synthesize data and craft narratives about the success and areas of growth of any organization.
