Provide month to month analysis of delinquent/fraudulent activity of overall Credit Card status to Allstate Roadside Services Senior Leadership.13. Compile data collection, produce metric reporting for Non Allstate Partners along with ad hoc reports as needed. Identify positive and negative data trends by tracking cost and performance variances. *Implement changes or improvements to analysis data *Lead contact for select Relationship Managers in reference to metric reporting. Attain, define and produce P&L graphs and data analysis acquired from Hyperion for monthly Partner consultation reviews. *Maintain organized documentation related to reports and analysis . Invoice verification, approval & invoice coding approval. Credit card balance and Delinquency Reporting. Expense Reporting.

Review incoming contracts, verify malpractice and Public Discipline of all attorneys to insure qualification to join our plan. Continual verification of public discipline yearly for over 10,000 attorneys on each network.
