My background is in manufacturing in a lean environment. I held positions in production and quality control before my promotion into computer-aided manufacturing where I developed the process to produce tools for non-AT&T customers for, at the time, the world's largest circuit board manufacturer . I was the single point of contact for computer-aided system capabilities and design-for-manufacture solutions. I taught myself Perl and Tk and developed unique, spreadsheet-based scripts that effortlessly handled changes in features and processes - bypassing Genesis-provided panelization and forms - and decreased tooling intervals by more than 90%. I was part of a team that provided Viasystems with the most advanced front-end systems in the industry.I am passionately curious, with strong analytical, research and planning skills - always seeking ways to improve quality and efficiency. I enjoy working within tight tolerances and specifications and where details are important.
