HR Business Partner and trusted adviser for the Asia Pacific region - Provides guidance and solutions on human resources operational issues and facilitates the delivery of HR function across 15 APAC countries (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.)- Supports and advises senior leadership team (including country directors, and deputy trade commissioners) and all staff on a strategic and tactical level using expertise across HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training, local labour law, organizational policies, and processes) - Builds the region's knowledge, expertise, and capability through needs analysis, leveraging internal and external partners, and delivering a range of learning and development offers to staff. - Designs dashboards and reports that provide insights and analysis of people data (staffing, attrition, recruitment, sector focus, team distribution) that are used as a reference for senior management decision-making. - Designs annual reward and recognition schemes aligned with organisational values to make DBT APAC a great place to work, motivate and retain high-performing talent across the region- Champions and leads APAC initiatives on diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, local culture, and tackling bullying, harassment and discrimination.- Serves as a coach and mentor for staff across all levels on talent acquisition, training, engagement, and complex employee matters.
