Responsible for assisting design, design development, construction documents and construction administration of projects. Primary responsibilities include: - Design, production of drawings, studies or other documentation for design projects at schematic design, design development, and construction document stages of project development- Responsible for coordination of consultant and engineering documentation as part of the project; oversees, schedules, and reviews all work by consultants, responsible for plan checking and back check for projects through in- house, public and client plan checking processes; the coordination with public agencies and jurisdictions- Responsible for bidding and construction administration of projects; overseeing plan distribution, bidding, contract awards, construction start up, construction observation, change orders and field reports, project close-out, and jurisdictional and inspection coordination

Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in creating work plans that directly respond to the scope, vision and budget of the project. Manage the quality of work being produced by studio personnel to ensure it meets or exceed company standards of quality and accuracy. Responsible for understanding the project and assisting where required in the co-ordination of the internal design & production team. Key Responsibilities:- Manage, Generate and Oversee the general production of the project. - Prepare, and develop where required, drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design.- Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans.- Manage execution of intended project schedules and deliverables through workplans. - Assist in design progression by managing / producing design drawings, sketches, 3d models, researching design resource imagery, etc- Cartoon-out design and construction drawing sets, presentation packages, deliverables, etc.- Submit projects for design review (Planning & Zoning) and for permits (Building & Safety). Prepare necessary applications / paperwork for submittal.

Responsible for production of design documents, construction documents, architectural modeling (3D and physical), and design drawings. Support project team through the development of project documents in all phases. Assist in architectural problem solving. Interact with consultants and other project team members. Key Responsibilities:- Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.- Draw rough and detailed scale plans for buildings based on preliminary concepts, sketches, specification sheets and other data.- Researches furniture, lighting, plumbing, appliances and finish sources for projects, calls on all samples, acquires pricing and quotes.- Prepare complex plans, elevations, and details under guidance of supervisor. Review submittals, shop drawings, respond to RFI's.

Worked to redesign plans to fit site conditions and recalculated foundation systems. Working directly with Ventura County to resubmit for zoning and permit clearances. Involved in the construction phase and coordinated all construction admin work. Responded to RFI’s, submittals, change orders, and issued construction bulletins, sketches, and construction packages. Coordinated construction meetings and worked directly with consultants to eliminate issues in plans and construction.

Idaho

Responsible for evaluating existing conditions, programming and schematic design. Worked hands-on to demolish and rebuild approximately 800 sq ft of interior rooms. Involved electrical, plumbing, tiling, fxture assembly/installation, and final interior touches.
