For over 13 years, I have been leading and supporting a team of tellers and bankers at Wells Fargo, one of the largest and most respected financial institutions in the world. As a Branch Operations Manager, I oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability.My core competencies include onboarding and interviewing new hires, conducting performance reviews, coaching and mentoring staff, and resolving customer issues. I also excel at communication, leadership, and Microsoft Office skills, which enable me to collaborate with various stakeholders, create and deliver presentations, and generate reports and analyses. I have a BS in Business and an AA in Accounting Fundamentals from University of Phoenix, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to manage branch operations effectively and efficiently.
