Provide managed inspection services for our client at their generator supplier locations.Inspection services include visual, physical, and dimensional (both in-process and final) of machined, electro-mechanical, and other parts, according to client's requirements and specifications.Inspection may consist of, but not be limited to, the following activities:Incoming inspection from external providers of products or services/processing (e.g., nickel plating).In-process and final inspection of critical features such as witness inspection.Compilation of final inspection sign-off sheet and report packages.Verification that inspection equipment used to take measurements is capable of detecting defects.Verification that inspection methodology is adequate per drawing intent.Audit and validate the execution to the inspection plan.Provide weekly reports of manufacturing sites ramp progress, equipment quality performance of the facility, delivery details by Data Center site.Conduct periodic quality audits of the supplier’s factory, provide reports of results.Drive closure of findings identified as non-conformance.Ensuring supplier’s quality control system document the findings.Provide customer witness for test scripts, including but not limited to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for all equipment.Independently validate established criteria without additional guidance or oversight.Validate equipment is acceptable with no issues and compliance to the commissioning process before shipment.

Use metrology and metallographic tools, such as micrometers, calipers and microscopes for inspection of metallic powders. Gather, record and interpret quantitative and qualitative material characteristic data, grain size, flowability, PSD, Density, etc., Work with Engineering counterparts to develop and document processes and suggest improvements. Follow technical plans and specifications to meet desired manufacturing objectives. Assure proper documentation consistent with engineering procedures.

Perform tasks related to inspection and sampling to support release of production materials and components. Maintain and troubleshoots testing equipment. Ensure proper documentation practices during job activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Verify materials to ensure proper quantities and/or characteristics. Ensure incoming materials are inspected and released. Ensure that others carry out laboratory duties in a manner consistent with cGMP. Perform audits of SOPs and/or work instructions. Wear gowning, sterile garments, and PPE as required by specific activities. Read and interpret diagrams, drawings, and other schematics. Provide feedback on service and quality.

Inspected a range of Aerospace components, parts and products as prescribed by applicable FAA specifications and instructions, utilizing GD&T measurement techniques. Identified issues in design, process or other inefficiencies to meet quality specifications.

Performed final inspection of medical devices to ensure products conformed to company and FDA quality specifications before products were shipped to clients. Participated in project initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
