Took on additional responsibilities in this role in 2015, now leading a team of 43 engineers and managers in Marketing, Design, Applications, and Project Management. With a focus on Strategy and Execution, the team is on track for 30% growth in 2016. Repeatedly demonstrated the ability to lead teams to execute at a very high level.

Managed a team of 5 engineers responsible for product definition and applications support of new analog switch products, generating new product sales of $42M in 2007. Developed 3-year strategic product roadmap, collecting inputs worldwide.

Developed circuit infrastructure for 3 product families, and designed 15 products resulting in 3-yr revenue of over $40M. Responsible for design, simulation, and verification of new products, in both CMOS and BiCMOS technologies. Lead cycle time reduction team which reduced average time for product development from 9 months to less than 4 months. Supervised mask layout process. Worked closely with Test Engineering to support design validation. Developed analog I/O circuits and building blocks, including bandgap references. Awarded six patents for circuit design innovations. Received company Patent of the Year award for 2000 and 2008.
