• Operate a JDSU DSAM maintenance sweep meter to measure the MER and BER of cabling, VOIP checks, perform DOCSIS performance test, ingress checks and signal leakage tests.
• Splice and/or repair all cables used in the system to maximize the signal received by the customer.
• Analyze, maintain, and repair residential coaxial drop system and phone wiring, data network equipment and service.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Operated the Birdog Satellite Signal Locator and Advanced Installation Signal Meter for DIRECTV Satellite Dishes (AIM) to provide exceptional service to new and existing customers, achieving to best satellite signal.
• Troubleshoot, diagnosed, repaired, replaced, and upgraded all components inside and outside the residence and commercial businesses.
