About Myron Daubert, Jd, Lpc

My experience includes both legal and employment counseling experience. The legal experience I have is varied. Earlier, I was a dedicated advocate for children who needed representation related to the need for protection and services. Recently, I used my legal and employment counseling experience as an Administrative Law Judge in a project position to handle disputes between employers and employees related to Unemployment Insurance claims. My background may be varied and unique, but common to my experience is the dedicated and extensive commitment to serving others. Currently I am using my over 11 years of experience as a career counselor to help individuals in their career development and job searching. I provide both one on one counseling to folks and workshops to assist in their career development, job searching, personal well-being, and enhance their understanding and use of LinkedIn.My work has included outreach to rural counties where I have partnered with libraries to provide employment services. I am attaching an article written Kyle Von Ruden for a Black River Falls newspaper. The document is one the author sent to me as the article itself is still protected from common use.I also managed a project for a statewide nonprofit organization. This project successfully developed. organized, and implemented regional trainings for employment professionals throughout the state. I managed that project as the vice president of that nonprofit organization. My interest also extends to work in higher education as I have been a mentor/supervisor for many college interns at the Job Center since I established the program here in 2011. I also have done adjunct work at Viterbo University and Western Technical College for Ethics and Career Development topics including the use of LinkedIn.I am open to explore new avenues to assist others, particularly in areas I have experience in but I am open to new paths!Specialties: higher education, instruction, career counseling, counseling, child protection, nonprofit board experience, leadership, legal, networking, presentation skills, volunteer, youth advocate, youth services
