With a background that is equal parts technology, creative, consulting, and strategy, Myron has been vital in crafting and delivering some of our most connected, memorable, and valuable consumer and employee experiences. In the process, he has helped lead several of the biggest brands through waves of disruption with revenue-generating results including Bayer, Coca-Cola, Conoco-Philips, Dell, Deloitte, Frigidaire, Ford Motor Company, Honeywell, Kellogg’s, SAP, Sprint, Sherwin-Williams, and Unilever. Before VMLY&R, Myron joined VML in 2006. After several years in multiple departments and increasing levels of responsibility, he was recognized as a 2013 VML SPARK award nominee for his client and business leadership acumen. In 2015, Myron was added to the VML Senior Leadership Team and charged to stand up the Solutions Delivery practice. In doing so, he helped steer some of our largest clients towards digital transformation success. In 2017, Myron also completed the VML THRIVE leadership development program as part of its first graduating class. Upon joining VMLY&R in 2018, Myron transitioned into the company’s Advisory practice, driving significant growth and thought leadership with senior marketing and technology clientele. Within the company, Myron is highly active in the culture and employee experience space. He’s a founding member of the VMLYR Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, a Mentor Captain, and an executive sponsor for one of the company’s BIPOC employee resource groups. Myron earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Communication Studies from the University of Missouri before completing a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Rochester (NY). He volunteers his time to numerous non-profits across the US and is a proud member of 100 Roses and AAF-KC. When not working, Myron enjoys traveling with his wife and three adult children and sharpening his musical chops on the drums.
