The integration platform of CCS empowers insurance companies to integrate their own applications with their driving back office system, or implement one of the standard offerings to support them in saving costs, boosting efficiency or improve data metrics and quality. • Product strategy: contributing to the product vision, establishing the product proposition and translating it into an execution plan. • Product lifecycle management: driving the product lifecycle from design, development, sales & marketing to product delivery.• Roadmap management: ensuring representation of the vision, identification of market trends/industry standards and translating it into a product plan.• Customer advocacy: ensuring the delivery of customer value, gathering customer requirements by identifying their business problems/challenges and initiating product improvements based on constant feedback loops.• Funding advocacy: creating business cases and ensuring customer validation, driving product decisions and prioritizations.• Backlog prioritization: ensuring continuous delivery of value in line with the vision and stakeholder commitments.• Feature and product development: work closely with the team architect, business analyst, developers and testers to translate (customer) requirements into designs, user stories and functional descriptions.• Team leadership: ensuring multi-disciplinary and international team collaboration, maximizing team output and ensuring the delivery of business and customer value.• Stakeholders management: gathering requirements, communication of planning and management of expectations in and outside the company.• Product Marketing: ensuring product propositioning and maximizing product profitability by collaborating with Marketing.
