Current Oversees all of aspect of the PAL Work Readiness Internship Program Oversees all aspects of the Summer Youth Employment Program, which includes, but is not limited to developing plans for the strategic implementation of program initiatives, and maintaining compliance with standards set forth by the Department of Youth and Community Development and other stakeholders. Develops program budgets, and monitors expenditures Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, evaluation of direct service staff. Authorizes employee schedules, and manages payroll expenses by regularly reviewing and approving hours Cultivates relationships with community partners in order to provide employment opportunities for over 1000 plus youth annually Supports the SYEP enrollment process by maintaining databases, and verifying confidential documents for over 1000 plus eligible youth Calculates timesheets, and enters payroll for 1000 plus program participants on a weekly basis. Provides conflict resolution for program issues, acting as liaison between the organization and government officials.
