Geologist with more than 40 years broad professional experience in petroleum exploration geology, metals and mineral exploration and mining, currently focused on exploration projects management with specializing in evaluation and management of the new exploration and production assets (geology, geophysics, and economics); following negotiating of the farm-out, joint operating agreements and joint ventures with local partners; preparing of the exploration programs including geological, geophysical and drilling activity as well as financial and legal aspects of the project; negotiations with state bodies and representatives of partners and contractors; providing operational & technical support to the subsidiary companies; and control of the project execution regarding the time schedule and budget from the position of holding company or the member of the board of directors of the local subsidiary company.Direct experience in super deep wells operations, seismic interpretation and integration with other geological and geophysical data, reserves estimation in different standards (SPE PRMS and Russian; certified in reserves estimation in Polish standards), economics of exploration and production projects, risk analysis, exploration strategy, competent person reports preparing and evaluation, stock exchange reporting, contract negotiation, and contacts with local authorities.Currently involved in projects related to the extraction of critical raw materials (graphite, beryllium and oth.) in Ukraine, and the following supplies to Europe.Interested in early-stage exploration projects as well as in development.Strongly self-motivated, independent team player with excellent analytical and communicational skills.Prepared to work in different cultures (experienced in Europe and former Soviet Union countries as well as North Africa, the Middle East, Asia).English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish.
